Replacing a tank/ removing the stupid "savage" sticker

Does anyone have a step by step way of changing gas tanks?
i just bought a tank and I want to swap it out (both tanks are the same save for the new one is undented)
Also, any suggestions for removing the stickers on the side of the tank easily? NO RESIDUE PLEASE!!
